Courage comes in many forms. Some stories we tend to brush off as a legend and think no more about it. There really was a woman, Lady Godiva. She was a prominent person in her day. The wife of a great man Leofric Earl of Mercia. In those days women had no rights. So for her to do what she did was unimaginable. She rode naked through the streets of Coventry to protest against her husbands taxation of his tenants. She stood up for the underprivaleged in a time when it was a crime to go against ones husbands law, he owned his wife. It took great courage and determination.
